March 10, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: Good Afternoon, I believe there is always room for updates and improvements in dealing with people in employment conditions. As long as their is a check and balance system among management, if only to prevent unfair labor practices, any new system can be implemented. Signing a mobility statement may prove to be a hardship for many familes, but those who are single and those whose children have grown, the challenge will be to adjust to a new living environment. Change in life styles to accomodate work requirements will be a challenge. Management training will enforce the new guidelines for employment practices. Please be sure publish new guidelines for clairification for all involved. Sincerely,
