Comments:
March 9, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: DoD asserts that the NSPS regulations are needed to promote "national defense," but I can perceive nothing in these regulations that will enhance any security let alone national security. DoD has not provided any substantiated evidence that the current Civil Service system has delayed or weakened military response to ANY crisis including the 911 attack. These regulations should not be allowed to gointo effect until all the problem issues identified in the public comment period are rresolved by true negotiation with all the appropriate unions.
