March 10, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: [All Federal Register & "Myths and Facts" sheet by PEO-NSPS] The "Myths and Facts" sheet put out 3-8-05 is pure propaganda designed to fool DoD employees. This disgusting tactic should not be allowed and a retraction should be ordered. This is just more twisted logic with absolutely no hard facts or details in the vague proposed rules to support what the PEO is stating. Good hard rules and details are needed before such statements can be made. Congress must stop this now and make the PEO-NSPS do it right. Sincerely,
