March 11, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I feel these proposed regulations will be detrimental to our National Security. No longer will employees work as a team. This will undermine the mission. A "pay for performance" system can never be fair. Many jobs have no true performance measures so it will be left up to the opinion of supervisors. CSRS employees should be protected from these regs. Sincerely,
