DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I am concerned with the new NSPS proposal because it is unfinished, the authors of the NSPS proposal have left many critical areas unwritten. I believe that the entire proposal should be completed and then we should have a chance to make comments. Thank you, Sincerely,
