March 11, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I'm against NSPS because I will no longer be sure if I will get a raise.With a impartial appeal system I will have to take and like it even if it's zero.Supervisor's freinds and brown nosers will have no problems but, a hard working disliked employee's will be losing money every year that they stay with the government.I'm disabled and I have a hard time getting to work 40 hours a week and ,my Supervisor will be able to force me into working overtime.Maybe even lose my job due to this.How is this a good change in working conditions for vets. who were willing to give their lives for this country.It says thanks but,that was then and this is now and your service means nothing to us now.
