March 14, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I feel the proposed NSPS will not only undermine the civil service workforce, but also jeopardize the mission of DOD employees and weaken National Security. The establishment of the NSPS is a travesty and a fraud being perpetrated upon the veterans and civilian men and women who have faithfully served this country for many years through wars and conflicts with loyalty and selflessness. I feel the NSPS takes away all rights workers have to protect them from unfair labor practices and the profections under due process and guaranteed under the constitution. Sincerely,
