March 15, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: A stronger America depends upon PARTICIPATORY DEMOCRACY. I read in my local paper this morning that the comment period ends tomorrow. Baring the institution of "Motherhood" all of our instituitons have failed the public trust. Unions may not be perfect, but I seriously doubt that there are many union workers who are beating down the doors to abandon collective baragaining agreements. As with the stock market " the market does not like uncertainty and neither do the American workers. Please provide an opportunity for the union to participate in the important policies and procedures facing the DOD. Sincerely,
