March 15, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I'm very concerned about the new personnel rules that NSPS is proposing, it does not seem fair to DOD employees and gives managers too much power. I have worked for the Federal Government for severl years, I am a top performer and feel that my future is at stake with this new system. I recently had an issue with my new boss. Will I ever be treated fairly monetarily again? Will my salary ever increase again - or maybe it will decrease, and I will have no avenue to appeal. I would also like to have a choice of deployment, not be forced to deploy. I urge you to force DOD to rethink this new system! Sincerely,
