March 11, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: II am angry that these proposals seem to treat the civil servants who help defend our country to not have a vote on the new system. They are being forced to accept NSPS without thorough knowledge and widespread announcemtents I urge you to force DoD to rethink this proposal. We need work rules that preserve fairness and serve the American people. Sincerely,
