March 11, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: Why is NSPS being forced without much advertisement. Bosses are not always fair. They are human and have favorites. We will never get fair treatment. Yes, We need changes, but don't do away with the present system, just fix it!!! Sincerely,
