Department of Defense Bradley Bunn Dear Department of Defense Bunn, I retired from Civil Service in about 1976 after 20 years to work for Hughes Aircraft. The best way to lower corale and productivity and the attractiveness of government employment for GOOD people is to dictate regulations that are arbitrary and perceived by the unions and employees spokespersons as being unfair and NOT arrived at in working with employee representatives. These proposed DoD directives will absolutely reduce the effectiveness of the government employees. Sincerely,
