March 11, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I write to express my concerns about changes to work rules in the Department of Defense (DoD). The proposed regulations, known as the National Security Personnel System (NSPS), were printed in the Federal Register on February 14, 2005. This message will be sent to both DoD and my representatives in Congress. I am 57 years old and wherever I worked I gave and honest day of work and more, since I have Been working for DOD I have set my goals on where I wanted to go, today thanks to not being Relatively related or a S A . I have been working out of my job description more than 15 years doing Information Technology work Slated for GS-334-11 as a WG-2604-08, presently WG-2604-12, Accomplished to the end 2 mission projects, and presently on third, The only thing I got was The yearly raises as little as they were, which in this NSPS SHAFTING that will be the end for The good hard working fellow workers that deserve the raise not the Relatively related, and the S A ?S. If these proposals are forthcoming to the work force, the system will revert surely to the way they used to give out on the spot awards, going only to the same chosen few, and who can Ponder on where and how much of the funds will flow too. This goes against all democracy and Equality for all workers , EQUAL OPPORTUINITY EMPLOYER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SURE Sincerely,
