DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I writing to express my concerns about changes to work rules in the Department of Defense (DoD). The proposed regulations, known as the National Security Personnel System (NSPS). I am concerned about the overseas deployment of civilian personnel. I have a 62 year old mother who is planning to retire and I don't want her deployed to a war zone. This is another example of a backdoor draft, we are not only putting our military in harms way, but we are now placing our civilians in harms way, something is very wrong with this picture. Sincerely,
