March 14, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I have worked for DoD for years. I write to express my concerns about changes to work rules in the Department of Defense (DoD). The proposed regulations, known as the National Security Personnel System (NSPS).NSPS will take away certainty on my yearly raise.With the rising cost of health care my yearly cost of living increase doesn't offset my raise.In the end I'm losing money every year now,with NSPS I could be losing even more.Act now and help me to keep making enough money to pay my bills.
