March 15, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: NSPS would be a great program in a perfect world. Unfortunately we don't live in one. However if NSPS is suppose to be such a far superior system and benefit its' people more than the current one, then why were the federal employee's given such a short time to respond to the changes in the system? Why was it dropped on us in such a hurry and left us only a few weeks to get literature, facts, and time to make comments and/or suggestions to this program? It was pretty much slid in to us as if officials wanted dod employees to have as little time as possible to realize what was going to happen to us. Why would govenment agencies be so sneaky with a system that is suppose to be so secure? Sincerely,
