March 15, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: Under NSPS employess pay will all depend on their performance and ratings given by their supervisors. Well since this will be a new system which will affect pay and possible job loss, will all prior information in files be deleted? Will all prior performance reports (APR) and write ups before the implementation of NSPS be voided, whether good or bad? Sincerely,
