Comments:
I dont agree with the new personnel system because I believe the new system will be prone to abuse by certain supervisors and I believe it will affect veterans rights in a negative way. Also if the Federal Government was so concerned about saving money, it should concern itself with cutting out fraud waste and abuse. That is what should be o ur main concern.
