Who will want to work for DOD if this goes into effect. There are a lot of jobs now in DOD that pay more in the civilian sector than DOD pays. If we keep minimizing the importance of unions, then before long we will all have to move to Japan, China, Mexico, etc to even get a job. It has been said in the past that we were a nation that would destroy itself and I think that we are well on our way.
