Mr. Bunn, Continuing Section 9901.406 It is stated "..clear to a reasonable person". Are you indicating that my performance objectives are not now clear to a reasonable person. Then why don't you do something about it now. And why didn't you care about it in the past. Since NSPS proposes that verbal objectives will suffice that will resolve this!. Well I believe we are going to have a lot of reasonable people disagreeing as to what was the objective. But then only one will matter and that is the supervisor's right. "Yes Sir. Certainly Sir. Anything else I can get you Sir."
