Subpart F Workforce Shaping-990l.6012 to 990l.6ll DoD should not change the current layoff/Rif rules which give balanced credit to performance and the employees valuable years of committed services to DoD. Under this system, older employees with more experience, seniority, and experitece will be discriminated against. These seasoned veterans that will have to train the inexperienced employees that can produce more because of their younger age. Why do we discriminate against seniors who have provided a valuable service to the U.S.A. DoD? Treating employees that have several years of service with no respect and then discarding them the first chance you get or to lower their pay because you can is just plain non american and totally goes against any moral or ethical conduct. Why do we want to throw out the Bill of Rights to the Constitution of the United States of America? Please wake up and stop this Regulation. Autonomy might work with the military members of the Military Service, but these are civilians not mercenaries. We don't want to repeat the nazism or communism in the Great U.S.A. or do you? Please stop NSPS now or redesign it before it destroys to many good peoples life's, careers, and families.
