March 16, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I am writing on behalf of the NSPS that is goin to affect my DoD federal career. I believe the plan is not right and it is going to be very discrimitive to ALL people in employment. When the plan was thought up, i believe it wasnt thought up carefully. The government who wrote this up must not be affected by it because they would know how we feel. With no yearly pay raises i feel i am not goin to be able to move up in the Depot i am working at. With the prices of gas and necessities to live a decent life, I am afraid with the pay raises i feel i would not get anymore. I am not a "kiss ass" to supervisors, but i do my job well and deserve yearly raises. I do not believe in the work scheduale where we have to work on spontanious overtime without notice and that is not fair. I do not believe in the transfer where they might need you also. I am very disappointed in this new action that may be taking place and i would love to see this idea get squashed. Please listen to us because we are the backbone of the workforce and we do not need to be treated like this. We are Happy with what is goin on now, so WHY CHANGE??????????????????????????? Sincerely,
