March 16, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: This new system is going to cause a tremendous amount of in-fighting. How can a person compete with a supervisor's favorites? Employees need to do their jobs and NOT have to worry about their salaries and their rights. This system is NOT going to help ANYONE but the "in" crowd (which could have NOTHING to do with how well they do their jobs). Why take away a morale boosting attitude of being a "government worker" with a "good" job? I feel that the organizations trying to implement this new personnel system think that we are not worth anything therefore we don't need any rights or say. It would be nice to have the "details" publicized. PLEASE reconsider this most ominous system. Thank-you, Sincerely,
