March 16, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: Here is some the nonsense that is being used to push for NSPS. It is about time that the true performers are adequately compensated and that the dead wood that has been sitting around waiting for another step increase no longer will receive mandatory pay raises. There are checks and balances, rules and procedures, rewards and punishments, already in place. NSPS does not guarantee that you will get your incentive if some one above supervisor disapproves.
