March 16, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: How can one indicate specific sections of the document, when the document, on most topics, especially the important ones (classification, pay, etc.) lack any specificity to which to comment on? Let alone be implemented in such lack of details. It just like signing your name on a blank check and giving it to some one to cash. Sincerely,
