March 16, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I disagree with NSPS.Some of us civil service employees who work hard do depend on our benefits. I'm sure that my boss will only give those who favor them a raise even if i am the one who works harder. I'm sure that people will realize how big of a mistake these changes will be as soon as the outstanding number of people start quitting their jobs or moving to other agencies not under the NSPS. But how could those who are good with their jobs ever be replaced? The performance of the losing agency without proper manning to support the troops and the so called National Security? Sincerely,
