March 16, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I am against changes to personnel regulations in the DOD. Too much is left in the hands of management and workers are left with no rights. There are too many bad managers and this will make it harder to report fraud and abuse. Federal employees serve America and we should not be treated as citizens with no rights. I will be tracking how my elected representatives vote on this issue. Sincerely,
