March 16, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I am very much opposed to the new personnel regulations for the DOD. This will be a negative factor for many people who may seek federal employment. This weakens workers rights and gives too much authority to bad managers. I will be watching to see how my elected representatives vote on this matter. Sincerely,
