March 16, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: This NSPS seems to take and make the employement of Federal employees a dictatorship from a democracy with rights for the employees. It gives rights to management and takes most of the rights of the employees. What happened to fairness? How is this going to help the war effort? I have been getting very high appraisals, but if my boss didn't like my views where is my protection. Where is the protection for a person that suggest improvements and management takes it as not being a team player. Sincerely,
