March 16, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I write to express my concerns about changes to work rules in the Department of Defense (DoD). I am very upset by NSPS. This system will change the way workers are paid, evaluated, promoted, fired, scheduled, and treated. I won't bore you with comments you've no doubt read or heard many times already. You people were elected to serve the people as best you can. You have set guidelines for the proper performance of your job. How would you feel if these rules and regs were changed and voted on, before the complete impact of these changes are detailed. Please give this NSPS more thought. We have a system, arrived at after many years of experience. Sincerely,
