March 16, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I am glad to be retiring soon but dread the fact that my future retirement and health care benifits may be administered by some one on a productivity plan that is grinding out claims as fast as they can, right or wrong. I am concerened about the workers I leave behind because I have seen first hand, at Puget Sound Navy Shipyard, the corruption and vindictiveness of management . The new system will not make up for bad management, just allow them to demoralize more employees with thier favortisim. Furthermore I belive our current Shipyard Cdr. paid what should have been a personal bill with a performance bonus, is this the way of the future? Sincerely,
