March 16, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I have worked for DOD for 26 years and I disagree with the proposals that are going to be used for the civilian workforce, especially since we have put a lot of our hard earned time in already, and I consider this a slap in the face for my government service time. I don?t agree that civilians in any way should be expected to be deployed as the military are. We have families to care for and can?t be expected to just drop everything. I also don?t agree with the pay system and the supervisor having the say for a promotion or not because of favoritism and possibly also being treated unfairly as well. . Sincerely,
