March 16, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: Federal Register/ Vol 70 No. 29, Monday February 14, 2005/ Proposed Rules (PAGE 7587 - 9901.514 non-citizen hiring) As an American taxpayer, I see no reason for the D.O.D. under the NSPS to establish procedures or institute a hiring of non-citizens program. If they (DOD) want some type of specialist we can train for this need ourselves. I can see this as becoming a big part of the good-old-boy system. Being less and less for the government employees and the American taxpayer. The outsourcing of the DOD does not set well with the American public. I DO NOT WANT TO SEE THIS PROGRAM. We do not need this NSPS and it should be repealed and this part of P.L. 108-136, rescinded. Do not spend any money on the NSPS; there is a personnel system in place. I work for the USAF, Travis AFB. I AM AGAINST THE IMPLEMATION OF THE NSPS. THIS PART OF THE (NDAA) PUB. L. 108 -136 November 24, 2003 should be looked at and repealed. Thank you Sincerely,
