March 16, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I am deeply concerned with the proposed regulations. Seniority rights should not be diminshed. I am a Veteran and should keep all my Veteran's rights. I have served the Federal Govt. for 29 years including my service time. A pay for performance system can never be fair. Please re-consider these regulations and respect the Federal employees that have served our Govt. well. Sincerely,
