March 16, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I am upset with the proposed NSPS regulations that will allow my supervisor to dictate my annual cost of living raise. How can anyone take time from seasoned veterens both in military and federal service? Its wrong to let management be the judge, jury, and executioner. It will all come down to who the supervisor likes and dislikes. All i want to do is protect the warfighter and this will hinder my ability to do so. Why change the system if its not broken?????????????? Sincerely,
