March 16, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I feel that the proposed NSPS is a back door attempt to push Federal employees who have worked for a number of years out the door and replace us with contractors. I have had 4 different supervisors in the last year. How can they even attempt to rate me fairly. This happens all the time, so a pay for performance system is ridiculaous. Sincerely,
