March 16, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I urge you to reconsider these regulations. All this does is hurt our National Security. It does away with team work and causes animosity among employees who are competeing for a raise. There is no guarantee that supervisors won't just play favorites. Please leave labor relations alone. It is the only protection we have as federal employees. Why don't you implement this like when the retirement system changed. It only applied to new employees. That's how this should be and CSRS employees should especially be able to choose which system they want. Sincerely,
