March 16, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I am only a 1 year Federal employee and I am really disappointed in these proposed regulations. The reason I chose a federal career is becasue of the protections it offered. I also thought that the years I put in would give me seniority retention rights. There are more rights and Union rights in private industry. If these regulations are changed to look more like what we have currently, I will be seeking employment elsewhere. Sincerely,
