March 16, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: It is bad enough that you are reducing seniority, Veterans, and pay rights, but then to reduce Labor relations is a real kick in the face. "Pay for Performance" can only work in an imaginary world. You are undermining our National Security. You are not as comitted to the Federal workfoce as the Federal workforce has been comitted to our National Security. If DoD truely cares about National Security, they will need to make huge changes in these regulations. Sincerely,
