March 16, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I am a 31 year federal employee and I am appalled that you would reduce my seniority rights in a RIF. This is outrageous and an insult to our intelligence. This has little to do with National Security and you can't convince me otherwise. CSRS employees should not be subject to these rules. We were hired with the premise of guaranteed rights and protections. Also, you labor relations portion needs to be restored to what it is today. Do not change it. Sincerely,
