March 15, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: As a retired DoD defense worker at the Tobyhanna Army Depot I wanted to express my deep concern over the proposals of NSPS. I have family members still working at the depot and I am very much opposed to NSPS and the negative effect it will have on their senority and rights as federal workers. It seems to me that NSPS will effectively dismantle the protection that civil service has afforded me and my fellow workers over many years and several wars. National security is an important issue, but should not be used as an excuse for compromising the rights of government workers. Sincerely,
