March 15, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I am greatly disturbed by the proposed NSPS regulation. This is an attack on the honorable men and women who are employed by the federal government, of whom I am one. This regulation treats us as enemies of the USA. The people who have proposed this regulation should be ashamed of themselves. Any member of Congress who associates himself with this regulation should be ashamed of him/herself. Withdraw this outrageous proposal before it poisons the atmosphere among the federal workforce and its managers. Sincerely,
