March 15, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I don't like a lot of the changes and the idea that Management has the right re: so many actions against an employee. *Reduced pay *End civil service protections *End collective bargaining *End seniority rules *Management's discretion re: pay raises, change in work hours, change in civilian delployments. *Managements right to fire, furlough, lay-off, etc. at will.
