March 15, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: Subject: Proposed implementation of the National Security Personnel System (NSPS) After carefully studying the NSPS I would like to go on record opposing such a system because the Federal Government does not have enough positive examples from which to derive satisfactory sweeping overhaul changes as they seem to want to implement. It would involve the danger of incorporating a substantial amount of trial and error on a complete workforce all at one time. Until more data and concrete specific examples are made public I would suggest that NSPS be dropped. Stanley Zubas Sincerely,
