March 15, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I have 35 years dedicate federal service. During this time I have had good and bad leadership. The new NSPS assumes that every supervisor is good and fair. How stupid! If everyone was good and fair I guess we would live in a perfect world, no war, no poverty, no crime etc. It's really scary to think that someone appointed to supervisor has that kind of power over your career. Have we forgotten about things like personality conflicts, they really do exist. Now we are going back to the buddy system. What year is it? 2005 or 1965 you would have to be blind not to see what is happening. We are doing all this in the name of security its dictator ship. The Senate needs to take a hard look at this.
