Department of Defense Docket Number NSPS-2005-001 Regulatory Information Number 3206-AK76 Subpart H - Appeals, ?? 9901.801 - 9901.810: If the Agency erred in removing a Federal Employee, why should the Employee be the only party that suffers damages? The Agency has nothing to fear if they follow the rules in removing the Federal Worker. If the Agency did not follow the rules, then why should the Federal Worker suffer the damages. Congress needs to demand DoD and OPM rewrite the regulations to hold accountable the Agency if found wrong in it's actions.
