Department of Defense Docket Number NSPS-2005-001 Regulatory Information Number 3206-AK76 Subpart H - Appeals, ?? 9901.801 - 9901.810: If management's actions are wrong why can't they be overturned? No where in the Judicial System will you find such supreme rulings. Even the actions of our President can be overturned by Congress. Why does DoD and OPM want such powers? Congress needs to reject DoD and OPM's proposed regulations and have them rewrite them to include checks and balances and congressional oversight.
