March 15, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: Todays system may have it faults, but for the whole part, it is a good system. The NSPS will bring us back to the good old boys way of doing business. Why are we going backwards in our business? I have been an employee of the government for over a quarter of a century and I have seen more than my share of back stabbings, low morale because of that approach. It is very disheartening. I enjoy my work and feel I am working for the good of our government. I feel our rights are being attacked. I signed up for a civilian job and I did not enlist in the Military to be sent to a job anywhere in the world on a moments notice. As an older but dedicated and loyal employee this is a very big concern for me and my family. I urge DOD to rethink this proposal. I was always told to show respect and be fair in all I do. This fairness will certainly not be seen with NSPS. Sincerely,
