Department of Defense Docket Number NSPS-2005-001 Regulatory Information Number 3206-AK76 Subpart H - Appeals, ?? 9901.801 - 9901.810: In the Judicial System throughout the United States, cases are not brought to trial or thrown out of court due to lack of sufficient evidence. DoD and OPM has proposed to limit Interrogatories, depositions, and other means for gathering facts involving MSPB Appeals. In other words, DoD and OPM want the Federal Worker to try to defend themselves without sufficient evidence. Congress should stop DoD and OPM from discriminating against the Federal Worker and their constitutional rights.
