March 15, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I would like to voice my concerns regarding the NSPS System. I am against implementation of this new pay system. It will be a detriment to all DOD employees. Please reconsider the details and take more time to decide what is best for all. I believe this system will weaken employee morale and turn cooperation into resistance. We continue to support out troops and this system is not in our favor. Thanks for your time. Sincerely,
